Kapowarr automatically creates a database backup on a schedule you set below.

Backups include Kapowarr settings and credentials stored in the database. Downloads and uploads require your authenticated API key.

Older automatic backups are deleted once this many exist. Pre-restore backups are kept outside this count, so restoring can always be undone.

Restore safety

Restore validates the archive and database first, creates a pre-restore backup of your current state, then restarts Kapowarr. The selected database is swapped in before startup migrations run. You can restore a backup listed here or upload a previously downloaded Kapowarr backup.
